Our practice opens with a guided meditation session, giving us time to simply arrive, slow down, and become present with our bodies and breaths. From here we will flow into energizing, sometimes challenging but always joyful movements, building strength and flexibility in our beautiful bodies.
**This class is an ๐๐๐ ๐๐๐ฉ๐๐๐ฆ class, open for Everyone and Every Body. No matter of your abilities and experience, you will find space for challenge and growth.
